Rules

Please review all of the rules below. Should any of the rules be broken, the HOA has a right to disable pool access for your household. If your FOB is not working, please contact the board.

    1. Only Sheridan homeowners/residents and their guests are permitted in the pool area

    2. Residents must have an active FOB to access the pool. Entering the pool with a deactivated FOB will be considered trespassing.

    3. Allowing individuals without a FOB or a deactivated FOB into the pool area is forbidden and could result in your home losing pool access.

    4. The pool must only be used during pool hours. Using the pool after hours will be considered trespassing.

    5. All children. age 14 and under are required to be accompanied by an adult. All parents and homeowners/residents agree to release and indemnify the Association from any claims. losses or liability arising out of the use of the pool by any person under 18 years of age for whom they are responsible. Children attending without a parent/guardian present are not permitted to bring guests.

    6. The pool hours are posted at the pool. NO ONE IS PERMITTED IN THE POOL AREA OUTSIDE THE POOL HOURS OF OPERATION LISTED

    1. Guests MUST BE ACCOMPANIED by an ADULT resident AT ALL TIMES

    2. Each household is permitted to have a total of 6 people at a given time

    3. Homeowners/residents are responsible for the actions of their guests

    1. NO DIVING.

    2. NO GLASS allowed within the pool area.

    3. Alcoholic beverages will only be permitted in plastic/aluminum containers. NO GLASS IS PERMITTED IN THE POOL AREA.

    4. NO FOOD OR DRINKS allowed while in the water.

    5. No running, pushing, wrestling, chicken fights or other play that is unsafe or disturbs the enjoyment of the pool facilities.

    6. No towels, foreign objects (paper, cans, etc.) or non pool toys (tennis balls, hockey pucks, etc.), allowed in the pool.

    7. The pool gate MUST BE KEPT CLOSED at all times.

    8. The pool phone is for EMERGENCY 911 calls ONLY.

    9. Water guns are permitted only with an adult resident supervising, and at the discretion of all residents currently using the pool.

    10. The pool and pool area must be evacuated during any signs of lightening or thunder.

    11. Radios, smart phones, cell phones, iPods, laptops, tablets, portable TVs or any other electronic devices are permitted with the use of headphones/earphones. Music may be played at a reasonable noise level, with family friendly (no profanity) music at the discretion of residents currently using the pool.

    12. No unlawful drugs allowed.

    13. Persons that are obviously under the influence of intoxicants will not be permitted to enter/use the pool.

    1. Guests must be accompanied by an adult resident at all times.

    2. Each household is permitted to have a total of 6 people at a given time.

    3. Homeowners & residents are responsible for the actions of their guests.

    1. Children must wear swim diapers or rubber pants over their diapers.

    2. No pets are permitted in the pool area UNLESS they are a certified service dog.

    3. Rinse off at the pool shower before entering the pool.

    4. Admission to the pool will be denied to all persons having any infectious disease. This includes but not limited to persons with open sores, bandages, inflamed eyes, nasal or ear discharge; or any other ailments that could adversely affect water cleanliness, and/or endanger the well-being of others.

    5. All trash should be placed in designated trash bins prior to leaving the pool.

    1. Limit to 10 non-HOA guests.

    2. Requests for birthday parties, team gatherings and any other types of parties must be obtained by HOA three weeks in advance and submitted in writing to board@sheridanhoa.com

    3. Bookings in 2 hour blocks. Maximum 1 booking per day, first come first serve.

    4. Date, Time, Member Name & Home Address must be provided.

    5. Residents hosting the party will be responsible for any and all clean up, as well as any damage to the pool, pool area, pool equipment, pool furniture, bathrooms or anything else owned by the HOA.

    6. The Association reserves the right to deny any request based upon pool traffic and overall utilization.

    7. No bookings will be permitted on holiday weekends, Labor Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July.

    8. Exclusive use of the pool for private functions is not allowed.

    1. Please close all umbrellas when they are no longer in use.

    2. The noise level must be kept to a minimum as a consideration to others.

    3. Appropriate swim attire is to be worn on the pool grounds. This is a family environment.

    4. No cutoffs, clothing, thong suits, or under clothes shall be worn in the pool (bathing suits only).

    5. All items lost in the pool area will be held by the pool management company for two weeks and then donated to charity. The Lost and Found box can be identified by the pool management company.

    6. Pool furniture may not be removed from the pool area or placed in the pool.

    7. Vandalism will not be tolerated. The homeowner/resident is responsible for his/her family and guests and may be charged for damage of property, or fined for rule violations.

    8. No rough play or play that disturbs the enjoyment of the pool facilities.
